I am a qualified Occupational Therapist with experience supporting individuals across a range of physical, neurological, and psychosocial conditions. I completed my masters in Occupational Therapy (Neurorehabilitation) from Manipal College of Health Professions. I work holistically to help clients improve their independence, confidence, and quality of life. My approach is client-centred, focusing on meaningful daily activities that matter most to each person. I provide assessment and intervention for difficulties with self-care, mobility, work, and community participation. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults and older adults in home, community, and clinical settings. I believe in practical, evidence-based therapy tailored to individual goals. I work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve sustainable outcomes. My aim is to empower clients to live safely, independently, and with dignity.
