1. About Holistic For You

Holistic For You (also referred to as Holistics4u) is a brand of Life Line & Utility Services LLP (“we”, “us”, “the Platform”). We operate an online booking and information aggregator. We connect patients with independent healthcare professionals and therapists listed on our platform. We do not employ these practitioners and do not provide clinical services ourselves.

2. Platform role — aggregator disclaimer

Holistic For You is an aggregator only. All consultations, diagnoses, treatment plans, and medical or therapeutic advice are provided solely by the independent specialist you book. We are not a hospital, clinic operator, or licensed healthcare provider.

By using this booking service, you acknowledge that Holistic For You and Life Line & Utility Services LLP are not responsible for any misdiagnosis, incorrect advice, treatment outcomes, negligence, or professional conduct of any therapist or specialist booked through the Platform. Any clinical or therapeutic dispute must be addressed directly with the practitioner concerned.

3. Booking and appointments

Appointment times shown are indicative and subject to confirmation by email or other contact methods. Availability may change. Cancellations and rescheduling policies may vary by specialist. Please contact the clinic or specialist promptly if you need to change your appointment.

4. Fees and payments

Consultation fees are set by individual practitioners. Payment terms, refunds, and receipts will be communicated at confirmation or by the specialist. The Platform may facilitate booking but is not necessarily the party charging for clinical services. For cancellation and refund details, see our Refund Policy.

5. Your information

Personal details submitted with your booking are used to arrange your appointment and communicate confirmations. We may share necessary contact information with your selected specialist. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Holistic For You and Life Line & Utility Services LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or from services rendered by listed practitioners, including but not limited to errors in diagnosis or treatment.

7. Acceptance

By using this website, booking an appointment, or ticking “I agree” on the booking form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms and Conditions.
